Praised by San Francisco Classical Voice for creating a "focused and unified" sound with the Oakland Symphony Chorus, Zach Salsburg-Frank was recently named Chorus Director and Assistant Conductor of the Oakland Symphony. His work spans opera, orchestral, and choral music, with experience in both the United States and Europe.

Zach has worked at companies including the Canadian Opera Company, Chandler Opera, Opéra de Toulon, Opera Saratoga, and Arizona Opera, and served as Assistant to the General Music Director at Theater Dortmund in Germany. He made his Oakland Symphony debut in 2026, and is Production Manager for Festival Napa Valley.
